Payments can be easily managed through Direct Debit. Simply
complete the enclosed Authority form, and the monthly lease amount will be
automatically deducted from your account.
The equipment will be dispatched after your first payment
has been received. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 10 working days,
depending on your location.
Yes! You can cancel your lease after the minimum 3-month
period without penalty, provided you give us a month’s notice.
Please note that if you want to end the agreement before the
lease due date, a 3-month written notice is required, and the equipment must be
returned in good condition to avoid penalties.
If the equipment becomes defective or unsatisfactory,
contact us immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself. We will evaluate the
situation; if we cannot fix it, we'll provide a similar substitute, or if
necessary, terminate the lease. If damage is caused due to misuse, you may be
responsible for repair and transport costs.
Please keep the original box and packaging in good order for
potential returns. A fee of up to $100 may apply if the box is not available
upon return. Remember that if the equipment needs to be shipped back within the
first two years, you are responsible for freight costs; however, freight is
covered by us if the equipment is returned after two years of leasing.
Yes, the equipment must only be used for its intended
purpose. It should not be altered, modified, sublet, lent, sold, or misused.
Failure to comply may result in termination of the lease and additional
charges.
Failing to maintain your payments can result in Pacific
Vision repossessing the leased equipment without notice, and you will be liable
for associated costs.
