Yes. We supply both low vision and blindness technology, including screen readers, audio devices, braille solutions, braille embossers and text-to-speech systems as well as glasses for the Blind.If you’re unsure what’s best, we’re happy to advise.

To make assistive technology more affordable, we offer flexible lease options for many products (see our website for a list of eligible products: https://nz.1lowvision.com/Lease-Program). Payment plans are not available at this time. Contact us to discuss the available lease options.

We ship throughout New Zealand and across Asia via our Asian branch, and can arrange international shipping to other regions on request.

Yes. All products come with manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years, depending on the brand and product.

Yes. We offer repair services and warranty support. If your device develops a fault, please visit our : Product Returns Page and complete the return request form to receive an RMA number before sending any items back. Our team will then guide you through the next steps..

We offer a 14-day return policy on most products. If you change your mind about your purchase, please call us on 03 376 5072 within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return (Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm, excluding public holidays).

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in “as new” condition
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Please note:

  • Software is non-returnable 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must arrive back to us within 10 working days of contacting our office
  • Refunds exclude original shipping and any credit card processing fees
  • A restocking fee may apply if items are not returned in “as new” condition

Once we receive and assess your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original purchaser.

If your product arrives faulty or defective, please let us know when you call — we will assist you promptly.
